AI won’t steal your job, but a person using AI will.

It’s as plain and simple as that. In a recent survey by Resume Builder, over a third (37%) of companies using AI had already replaced workers with AI in 2023. The message is clear: either you, or someone else in your field, will become the next AI expert—and fast.

Picture this: while you’re working the same way you always have, the person next to you is using AI. He will get three times as much done as you, with better quality. Before long, they’re handling your work, too. The company is happy. They may put on a sad face, blaming your layoff on the economy, overseas competition, or rising taxes. But the truth? They’ve found someone who knows AI. Someone who could save them money. Someone who skyrockets their profit with AI. And that’s what counts for business owners.

Here’s the twist: that person could be you. You could be the one staying while others are let go. Is it a perfect solution? No. But you can either protest corrupt politicians and greedy corporate overlords. Or you’ll ensure your family’s security and positioned yourself to help others as much as you can.

It’s time to choose: will you learn to leverage AI—or be left behind?
